Terracon’s Desert Southwest Region is seeking a Senior Environmental SI/REM Engineer to join our team. Our offices located in Phoenix and Tucson, Arizona, Albuquerque, New Mexico, and Las Vegas, Nevada serve a diverse client base in both public and private sectors working with commercial, industrial, government, property development and institutional market entities. Managerial Responsibilities Work closely with operational managers throughout the Desert Southwest and other regions to ensure work is performed on time, on budget, and meets client expectations. Collaborate with others to prepare winning proposals for projects involving standard site investigation, high‑resolution site characterization, and remediation opportunities. Coach and mentor SI/REM staff on quality data generation and reporting and drive consistent excellence. Work with offices and regional leadership to grow a team, develop an operations plan and a business‑development strategy for the group. Technical Responsibilities As a Senior Environmental Professional, you will lead teams of multi‑disciplined environmental professionals in designing and implementing site characterization and remediation approaches. Projects may include soil removal actions, remedial injections, soil vapor assessments, vapor intrusion mitigation system designs, and groundwater remediation systems—including mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), instrumentation and controls (I&C), permitting, and operations & maintenance (O&M) functions.
