Sr. Human Resources Business Partner
$125k - $155kAdventist Health is seeking a Sr. Human Resources Business Partner to support leaders in delivering whole-person care across our faith-based healthcare system. In this role, you will align HR strategies with ministry and business goals, providing guidance on workforce planning, talent development, performance management, and employee relations. You will champion a mission-driven, inclusive culture, support change initiatives, and ensure HR practices reflect our Christian values while complying with employment laws. Collaborating closely with HR specialists, you will use data and insights to drive engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Serve as strategic HR partner to leaders, aligning people strategies with organizational and ministry goals
- Lead workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning for assigned client groups
- Provide coaching on performance management, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness
- Support change management, engagement, and culture initiatives rooted in Adventist Health's mission and values
- Collaborate with HR centers of excellence on recruitment, compensation, benefits, and learning solutions
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend data-driven actions
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and organizational policies
- Champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging within teams
