We are seeking a meticulous and highly organised Remote Typist Clerk and Administrative Assistant to join our dedicated support team. This is a full-time or part-time position offering the flexibility of either a day or night shift. The ideal candidate will be a proficient typist with excellent administrative skills, capable of working independently in a remote environment. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient handling of non-clinical administrative workflows, directly contributing to the success of the dental practices we support. Key Responsibilities Accurately and efficiently type, format, and edit a wide range of documents from various sources. Perform high-volume data entry tasks with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Organise, manage, and maintain digital files and records to ensure they are easily accessible. Provide comprehensive administrative support to various departments and team members. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and other communications. Assist with clerical duties, including proofreading, data verification, and document preparation. Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with complete discretion. Qualifications Proven experience as a Typist, Administrative Assistant, Data Entry Clerk, or in a similar role. Exceptional typing speed and accuracy are essential for this position. High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer literacy. Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Strong command of the English language, with outstanding written and verbal communication skills. A meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. The ability to work independently, demonstrating self-motivation and discipline in a remote setting. What We Offer A competitive salary of $19 - $38 USD per hour, dependent on experience.
