Senior Marketing CoordinatorZGF is seeking a Senior Marketing Coordinator to join our team in our Los Angeles office. In this role, you will serve as a resource to the marketing team and support senior team members with a range of general marketing activities, including research, tracking and monitoring pursuit opportunities; developing marketing outlines, schedules and content in partnership with graphic designers; coordinating the preparation of professional documents; technical writing; and database management.Who you are: a high-energy team player and driven marketer eager to grow your professional career in a creative and collaborative environment. Bonus points if you bring a sense of humor and grace under pressure.As a Senior Marketing Coordinator, you will…Proposal and Interview PreparationMonitor newspapers, websites, and other sources of request-for-proposal advertisements to help identify client and project opportunitiesSupport interview rehearsal and preparation processMarketing Collateral DevelopmentDevelop and produce high quality marketing collateral, including qualification packages, proposals, and presentations: Engage internal and external team members to obtain information required to develop qualifications and proposal content; edit technical portions, write and edit non-technical portions of proposalsWork with graphic design team to create and/or select graphics (photography, charts, diagrams, etc.) to communicate required informationCoordinate all proposal materials (graphics, text, forms, formats, sub-consultant materials) for final deliverableCoordinate the preparation of statements of interest, qualifications, proposals, SF330 forms, annual roster responses, and miscellaneous marketing correspondenceResearchResearch clients, market trends, and background information associated with business development efforts in collaboration with Marketing ManagerAdministrativeMaintain and update information in Deltek Vision database about the business development activities of the local office and those of a firmwide nature that are orchestrated through that office, including such things as leads, contacts, and other background informationMaintain marketing calendars and to do listsOtherCollaborate with the LA Public Relations and Communications team to develop workback plans and submit for architectural awards and conferences.Support on architectural photoshoots as neededQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or related fieldMinimum of four (4) years of relevant professional experience in the A/E/C industry: Our ideal candidate will come from an architecture, engineering, or construction background and be comfortable with technical language from these environments.Professional services marketing experience is preferredKnowledge of the proposal preparation and proposal management processUnderstanding of market sectors and client relationsProficiency in InDesign and PowerPoint; working knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop, and database programs including Deltek Vision and Axomic OpenAssetStrong organizational, time management and project management skillsExcellent writing, editing, and research skillsExcellent interpersonal skills; demonstrated ability to communicate and interact effectively with all levels of personnel, from support staff to senior leaders across the firmBase Salary Range$66.960/yr - $78.120/yrBenefitsZGF Employees Enjoy Medical, Dental and Vision coverage with a generous employer contribution, HSA with employer contribution, 401k with employer match, 4 weeks of PTO and 10 paid holidays per year, paid parental and family leave programs.Apply With:Cover letterResumePortfolio with relevant writing and graphic samplesWe know that great projects take more than a design team to become a reality.
