Shift: 12hr Evening Shift (36) Shift Information: Friday, Saturday & Sunday 10am to 1030pm. Clinical Interviewing: No On Call, Call Back Requirements: Weekday call if needed, 30 min response time Weekend Rotation : Weekend Shift Holiday Requirements: Call Rotation Floating Requirements: None

Cannon 64 Slice, Toshiba 40 Slice

Medication dispensing: Pyxis
Monitors:

Orientation: (facility and unit): One day Orientation

Scheduling:

Weekend rotation: YES
On call? If so, what is that schedule: Varies, 30 min response time
