Account Manager, Mid-Market

We are seeking a versatile Mid-Market Account Manager to help scale our business by deepening relationships with our existing customers — Product Leaders, Marketers, and Developers across the globe. The primary responsibility is to retain and grow revenue within an assigned book of mid-market accounts: driving renewals, identifying expansion and cross-sell opportunities, and acting as the trusted point of contact as customers scale their use of OneSignal. This is a hybrid role and you will be working out of our San Mateo or New York office two days a week. Join us in scaling the business in North America!What You'll Do:Own renewal and expansion revenue for an assigned portfolio of mid-market accountsBuild and execute account plans that identify upsell, cross-sell, and multi-product expansion opportunitiesProactively monitor account health and usage data to get ahead of churn riskLead check-in, QBR, and renewal conversations with a range of stakeholders (Product, Marketing, Engineering)Partner with Customer Success, Support, and Product teams to resolve technical or adoption blockersIdentify partner and marketing opportunities to support account growthEvangelize new features and use cases to existing customers to drive deeper product adoptionWhat You'll Bring:4+ years of account management, customer success, or software sales experience, ideally with renewal or expansion quota ownershipKnowledge of regional accounts: culture, companies, currency considerationsDemonstrated success hitting & exceeding a renewal, expansion, or retention targetSolid collaboration skillsExperience with Martech, Customer Experience, Mobile SDK's, Javascript and/or messaging a major plusIncredible attention to detail (tracking account health, renewal timelines, and follow-up with customers)Bring a competitive, team spirit and a growth mindsetBonus points if you speak/write fluently additional languages, and/or have experience managing messaging productsThe New York and California base salary for this full time position is between $100,000 to $120,000, with an expected On Target Earnings (OTE) between $190,000 and $220,000/year. Your exact starting salary is determined by a number of factors such as your experience, skills, and qualifications.
