- Manage the full accounts payable cycle from invoice review through payment
- Perform three‑way matching and ensure proper approvals and documentation
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Coordinate with project managers and internal stakeholders
- Support AP reporting and month‑end close activities
- 2+ years of accounts payable experience
- Construction accounting experience
- Experience with QuickBooks and Procore
