Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of CDL-A experience
• Minimum 3 months of flatbed experience
• No more than two moving violations (last 3 years)
• No more than one accident (last 3 years)
• No more than 3 job changes per year
• No positive drug results in the past - no refusal
• Medical card

Your Responsibilities:

• Safely operate flatbed equipment for local and longer regional shipments.
• Perform and document pre- and post-trip inspections; report defects promptly.
• Ensure proper cargo securement to DOT standards, maintain logs, and coordinate with dispatch.

This position provides an 80% gross split (expected weekly gross $7,500–$10,000), a lease-to-own path within a year, recent 2019–2020 tractors, pet/rider-friendly policies, 24/7 support, and a 90-day test drive.
