OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and passionate professional to support individuals in achieving their health and wellness goals. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of clients by providing guidance and support tailored to their unique needs.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct personalised health assessments to understand client needs and goals.Develop and implement customised health coaching plans that promote sustainable lifestyle changes.Provide ongoing support and motivation to clients throughout their health journey.Monitor progress and adjust health plans as necessary to ensure effectiveness.Educate clients on nutrition, exercise, and overall wellness strategies.Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care.RequirementsRelevant qualification in health, nutrition, or fitness.Proven experience as a health coach or in a similar role.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to motivate and inspire clients to achieve their goals.Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.Nice to haveCertification from a recognised coaching body.Experience in group coaching or workshops.Knowledge of behaviour change techniques. #J-18808-Ljbffr Personal Home Care Plus
