-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ECHODYNE IS SEEKING A SR. TEST ENGINEER TO JOIN OUR FAST-GROWING TEAM!

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Design, execute, and maintain feature-level and end-to-end software test scenarios for complex products * Analyze product requirements and architecture to define test strategies, coverage, and acceptance criteria * Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test reports; manage defects through resolution * Perform manual and exploratory testing to identify product risks, edge cases, and failure modes * Build and maintain automated tests where they provide clear value, contributing to existing frameworks * Collaborate with software, firmware, and product teams to improve testability and overall quality * Support test environments, tools, and test execution across projects and releases * Mentor junior engineers and promote strong testing practices and a quality-first mindset

REQUIRED SKILLS

* 5+ years of experience in software testing, QA engineering, or test engineering roles * Strong experience validating feature-level behavior and cross-component workflows * Solid understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and test design techniques * Experience with test automation, including writing and maintaining automated tests (Python preferred)

• Experience working in environments with hardware and software dependencies
• Practical knowledge of Linux environments, Git workflows, and CI/CD concepts
• Understanding of software development practices, defect investigation, and

root cause analysis

• Echodyne’s technology is export controlled by the U.S. Government and we must

The expected annual salary range for this role is

$137,196—$205,382 USD
