Our supreme example of a Shepherd is "The Good Shepherd", Jesus Christ.What Does the RN Do?Follow Physician orders and communicate accurate assessment data to maintain quality of careRecord a patient’s medical history accuratelyMonitor/document patients’ change of condition, notify Physician and supervisorAdminister injections, prescribed medications, enemas etc., clean and dress wounds and assist with other basic medical care tasksProvide monitoring/training of staff to maintain quality of care for ALL residentsCommunicate with patients’ family or friends to provide advice, comfort and release instructionsAND……Nurses get to utilize many different clinical skills because we service geriatric patients who have needs of wound care, infection control management, IV’s, wound vacs, gastrostomy tubes, medication management, and more!Requirements:Have a current state Registered Nurse License.Understand and follow State regulations as well as company policies and guidelines.Must pass criminal background check. #J-18808-Ljbffr
