Client Manager

Client ManagerA Client Manager will be responsible for managing new and current accounts. This role will work closely with clients to add additional account revenue by adding new programs. The position will manage accounts in conjunction with the Sales team and be a key piece in a team-driven culture. At the heart of our work is a culture built on a passion for collaboration, technology, and helping foodservice business succeed.We are unable to offer work sponsorship for this role.Your impact:Minimum of 50 daily client outreaches (calls, emails, campaigns, etc.)Establish and deepen client relationships by understanding their business objectives and providing exemplary support as their primary contact within Source1Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings with clients on updates, information, concerns, and new opportunitiesServe as the client's voice within Source1Keep organized for both the internal team, as well as the needs of the clientsProactively anticipate customer needs and identify any potential issues. Create recommendations and facilitate action for resolutionIdentify opportunities for potential upsellOrganize and conduct onboarding of clientsWork together with VP of Client Relations to build and maintain client relationshipsProactively keep relevant stakeholders informed of key updates, decisions, and developments to support alignment and timely actionOrganize, schedule, prepare and conduct business reviews on a quarterly basisMaintain timely follow-up for any client requestsLog all activities, communication, and client data updated internal and external within the CRM systems and databasesMarket new programs and services to clientsProvide frequent updates on project progressMust be comfortable being the point person for the client and internal departmentsHave a full understanding of Source1 interaction with Platform brandsWork with other departments in driving additional revenue through direct manufacturer programsBe available to travel to visit clients face to faceFacilitate customer portalsAbout you:4-year Bachelors' or Associate's degree preferredHospitality experience is a plus Customer service and sales calling experienceMicrosoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint) proficiencySalesforce or other CRM experienceStrong interpersonal and verbal and written communication skillsA strong sense of urgencyStrong ability to adapt to changeTravel Required: Ability to travel up to 10% of the timePhysical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Valid, unrestricted driver's license with the ability to rent a carNot sure you meet every qualification?
