• 7p - 7a night shifts, 5-7 shifts every 2-3 months
• Average 16 patients total, 2 admits per night
• Hospital setting with open ICU
• ER physician available for backup and procedures
• E-ICU consult service available
• Code response required
• Hospital privileges required
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
