Job Summary:
Hospice Care Specialist in Marshall, Michigan. This role involves assessing patients, developing care plans, educating families, providing crisis intervention, and offering emotional and spiritual support. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details:

Location: Marshall, Michigan
Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
Required Qualifications: Certifications: BLS (AHA); State Licenses: Michigan; Experience: 2 years hospice experience; Education: not specified; Years of Experience: 2 years; Location: Michigan
Additional Information: On-call 1 full week every month, including evenings and weekends. Weeknights from 1700 to 0830, weekends 24 hours/day.
Float: Float rotation may be required.
