A leading financial services organization is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Business Analyst to support operational improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects within a fast-paced business environment. What You’ll Do

• Support business projects and operational process improvements
• Partner with internal teams, IT departments, and external vendors to help deliver effective solutions
• Analyze business processes, identify risks, and recommend improvements
• Assist with reporting, project tracking, and operational updates for leadership
• Create and maintain process documentation and workflows
• Communicate policy updates, project changes, and business strategies to stakeholders
• Support business continuity planning and operational readiness efforts

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred
• 3–5 years of Business Analyst or related experience
• Financial services industry experience preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Business continuity or risk assessment experience is a plus

Position Details

• Immediate interview/start available
• Long-term contingent opportunity with no set end date
• Standard schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week
• Hybrid schedule: 4 days onsite in Torrance, CA / 1 remote day
