Maintenance Controls Technician

Maintenance Controls TechnicianTarkett is seeking an experienced and strategic Maintenance Controls Technician to join our successful team in Middlefield, Ohio. In this position you will be seen as a key technical resource for supporting our rubber flooring operations by troubleshooting with the team on mechanical, electrical, controls, hydraulic and pneumatic systems. This position requires a hands on approach that helps with problem solving, training and teaching Maintenance personnel and apprentices.Responsibilities:Assists on any issue that could arise on the shop floor including breakdowns, new process development, continuous improvement, tooling changes, etc. Includes issues related to hydraulics, pneumatics, programming, electrical, etcTroubleshoot controls issues utilizing computers and supplier softwareIdentify and implement projects to will improve processes, training, operations, etcMaintain and update drawings when changes are made to equipment or programmingAssist in the development of our maintenance team membersMust be responsible for observing all safety rules and regulations.
