Operations Reporting Analyst I
Labcorp
Labcorp seeks an Operations Reporting Analyst to support revenue cycle management, lockbox operations, and print functions by generating operational reports, analyzing performance metrics, and maintaining data accuracy. The role requires compiling and distributing daily, weekly, and monthly reports while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Generate, validate, and distribute operational reports on daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc schedules
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators across RCM Logistics, Lockbox Operations, and Print functions
- Develop and maintain reporting templates, dashboards, and data repositories
- Audit data for accuracy and investigate reporting discrepancies
- Support process improvement initiatives through data collection and analysis
Requirements
- Associate's degree with 3+ years data analysis and reporting experience
- Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and formulas
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field preferred
- 2+ years healthcare operations, revenue cycle management, or logistics experience
- Experience with reporting tools such as SQL, Power BI, Crystal Reports, or Microsoft Access
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
