• Follow up proactively to maximize closing opportunities

• Provide exceptional service and resolve customer questions

• Maintain compliance with Allstate and Texas Department of Insurance regulations

• Track performance metrics and continuously sharpen your skills

What We’re Looking For

• Active Texas P&C License (required)

• Previous experience in insurance or sales is a plus

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Coachable, driven, and eager to learn

• Confident in overcoming objections and closing

• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
