Acquisitions Analyst

SCI, the Leader in Real Estate Executive Search®, is assisting a very active and well capitalized national real estate investment firm hire an Acquisitions Analyst . The Acquisitions Analyst will play a key role in evaluating and executing investment opportunities across industrial, flex, office, and retail property types in select high-growth markets nationally. This individual will report to the Vice President of Acquisitions and work closely with internal teams to analyze value‑add, low‑basis, and opportunistic real estate investments. The role is heavily focused on financial analysis, underwriting, and transaction execution. The Acquisitions Analyst will work alongside other members of the Investments team to ensure high-quality underwriting, modeling, and market research. The Analyst will lead the preparation of high-quality materials for presentation to Investment Committee.
