Water Heater Installer Tri‑State Water, Power & Air is hiring a Residential Service Plumber with a strong focus on water heater installs, replacements, and upgrades. Responsibilities Diagnose residential plumbing issues with a focus on water heater failures, inefficiencies, and replacement opportunities. Perform water heater installs and replacements (tank & tankless). Recommend system upgrades (tankless conversions, capacity increases, efficiency improvements). Educate homeowners and confidently guide them to the right solution. Provide upfront pricing and close jobs on‑site. Deliver clean, professional installations and a strong customer experience. Manage calls efficiently to maximize daily production. Qualifications Proven residential plumbing experience, with strong water heater install background. Experience with tankless systems and conversions preferred. Comfortable working in a performance‑based / commission‑driven environment. Ability to diagnose, quote, and close replacement work in the home. Strong communication and customer‑facing skills. Self‑motivated, competitive, and driven to earn.
