Blood Collection Staff - Customer Service

Job Overview Job Description: We provide paid training; no prior medical experience is required. This role involves working with a team to support blood collection at local sites, ensuring safety, and helping donors have a positive experience. Key Responsibilities Take time to connect with donors, listen to their stories, and explain the impact of their donation. Collaborate with teammates to create a welcoming environment so donors feel comfortable returning. Maintain attention to detail to ensure collected blood meets goals, regulatory requirements, and safety standards. May drive Red Cross vehicles and assist with setting up and tearing down equipment at donation sites. Position may require a minimum height of 60 inches to safely operate vehicles. Schedule Variable hours with multiple weekly options (e.g., Monday through Friday or Tuesday through Saturday). Schedule provided two to three weeks in advance.
