About DJM Product Design
DJM Product Design specializes in helping clients turn their ideas into working prototypes. Our services include prototype development, reverse engineering, 3D scanning, reproducing obsolete parts, and manufacturing small production runs. We work closely with individuals and businesses to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions.
Position Summary
DJM Product Design is seeking a highly motivated Print / General Manager with a strong interest in 3D printing, product development, and customer service. This role combines project coordination, client communication, and day-to-day operational management. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with company management to support daily operations and business goals.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent communication and customer service.
- Schedule projects and coordinate project timelines.
- Organize and lead project review meetings.
- Coordinate workflow between design, printing, and manufacturing activities.
- Monitor project progress and keep clients informed of milestones.
- Assist with production scheduling and quality control.
- Support the growth and continuous improvement of company operations.
Qualifications
- Strong interest in 3D printing, manufacturing, and product development.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Experience with project management or manufacturing is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with CAD software, 3D printing technologies, or engineering concepts is a plus.
