Job Specifications Starting wage: $16.00/hr – $16.06/hr If hired into a tipped position, guaranteed to make a minimum of $20.00/hr, inclusive of tips Employment type: Winter seasonal 2026/27 Shift type: Part‑time hours available Minimum age: 18 years or older Housing availability: Yes Job Responsibilities Make connections with guests and co‑workers Share our passion for the mountains during service Follow leadership’s guidelines as outlined during the daily pre‑shift meeting Create hot and cold beverages to specifications Prepare bar for successful operation throughout the shift Maintain a clean and tidy workstation throughout and at the end of the workday Perform other duties as assigned Job Requirements No formal experience required; we will teach all necessary skills to execute your job safely Desire to learn and grow Ability to stand for extended periods, to bend, lift, and carry objects up to 40 lbs The expected pay range is $16.00/hr – $16.06/hr.
