We are currently in search of a skilled general surgeon to join our team, focusing on essential surgical procedures. Our facilities are equipped with cutting-edge diagnostic tools and robotic technology, ensuring the highest standard of care.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of general surgical procedures.
• Utilize advanced diagnostic and robotic systems.
• Manage block scheduling for surgical operations.
• Participate in shared on-call duties.
• Collaborate with a robust network of referrals.
• Provide care at both the Waterloo Medical Center and Cedar Falls Medical Center.

Qualifications

• Board certification in General Surgery.
• H-1B cap-exempt status available; J-1 visa candidates are welcome to apply.

Compensation and Benefits

• Guaranteed salary of $476,000 for the first two years, with additional production incentives.
• Sign-on bonus of $70,000.
• Longevity bonus of $30,000 after three years of service.
• Relocation assistance of $15,000.
• Comprehensive malpractice coverage, including tail coverage.
• Health, dental, vision, and life insurance with shared premiums.
• Two retirement plans: a 403(b) with employer matching and a 457(b) savings plan.
