The role requires a team player who can collaborate with a general superintendent, project manager, and project coordinator. Summary: Manages resources and subcontractors safety, efficiency, and productivity. Provides overall multi-site administrative and technical management for maintenance and project work at client facilities. 5 years of commercial construction experience as a superintendent is strongly desired. Ability to effectively communicate with all personnel, clients, customers, and architects. Strong managerial skills. Experience in concrete, framing, and finish carpentry. Familiarity with computers and ability to use company software. Must be able to work in the U.S. and possess a valid driver's license. Team player. Must be able to travel. Ensuring that safety practices are followed on job site. Ability to follow instructions, read and interpret instructions.
