Paralegal

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and assist with cases in litigation
• Draft and file complaints and litigation documents
• Handle all aspects of discovery
• Maintain litigation calendars and scheduling
• Assist with motions, arbitration, mediation, and trial preparation
• Prepare medical summaries and trial notebooks
• Communicate professionally with clients and legal teams

Requirements:

• 3+ years of litigation experience
• Significant NC and/or SC plaintiff’s personal injury litigation experience preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Ability to manage sensitive and confidential matters
• Strong judgment, initiative, and time management
• Ability to work independently and hit the ground running
• Typing speed of 50+ WPM
