Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA): Role available in Yorktown, VA. Key Responsibilities Deliver speech-language pathology services to assigned student caseloads. Develop individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to each students needs. Conduct thorough evaluations to assess speech and language abilities. Write clear, detailed reports and present findings to educators, families, and relevant stakeholders. Prepare and maintain regular progress reports to track student development. Accurately keep data and documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines. Desired Qualifications And Experience Valid certification and licensure to practice as an SLP or SLPA in a school environment. Experience working with pediatric caseloads in educational settings. Strong ability to develop and implement IEPs. Excellent communication skills for report writing and presentations. Detail-oriented with effective organizational skills for record-keeping.
