Columbus Country Club is excited to announce the exceptional career opportunity of Marketing Manager. Key responsibilities include developing and executing marketing tactics and strategy that enhances the awareness of the Grande Dunes brand and communicates the story and ongoing execution of the Sales & Marketing Plan working collaboratively with onsite club management, Board and Committee, and Troon Corporate team. Drives the content development and facilitates production of all membership related materials, including but not limited to prospecting, onboarding and retention efforts. Leads the content, production/packaging, and delivery of a thorough and accurate onboarding of every new member, ensuring that the process follows a structured plan, the materials are professionally presented, the orientation agenda includes key department leads, and the member gains an understanding of every element of the club. Manages Grande Dunes social media platforms (Facebook & Instagram) and ensures delivery of consistent, high quality and engaging content; reflective of the club brand. Develops a communication plan which outlines all Club communications from emails to newsletters. Designs and executes a monthly Club newsletter, which features content from each department. Engaged with the Grande Dunes website platform in the following capacities: updates calendars, events, menus, hours of operation, event albums etc. Coordinates, edits and sends email communications on behalf of Club Departments, Boards and Committees.

Qualifications include Microsoft Office (Publisher, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word), excellent oral and written communication skills, creative with an eye for design, strong organizational skills: time management, attention to detail, ability to self-start, able to multi-task and produce high-quality results with strict deadlines, team player: ability to work in cooperatively with other departments, committees and boards to attain club goals, proficient on social media platforms, familiarity with a Club system software is preferred.
