Operating fully onsite, our facility features modern treatment spaces and is strategically located to serve the diverse community of West Mclean and its surrounding areas. You will work Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic. As part of a comprehensive healthcare team, you'll work alongside other healthcare professionals, including occupational therapists and fitness trainers, enhancing integrated patient care.Key ResponsibilitiesAssess and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to meet each patient's specific needs and goals.Provide expert care focused on orthopedic outpatient therapy, leveraging your previous experience and specialized skills.Maintain a manageable patient load to ensure that ample time is dedicated to each patient's therapeutic process.Utilize and implement evidence-based practices and innovative treatment modalities, focusing on cost-effective solutions that promote mobility and recovery.Emphasize non-surgical treatments and alternatives to medications, empowering patients to make informed choices about their health.Continuously assess patient progress through regular evaluations and adjust treatment plans accordingly to optimize outcomes.Thoroughly document all patient interactions and treatment plans within our EMR system, specifically utilizing Web PT for efficient record-keeping and data management.Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure cohesive care and a holistic approach to recovery.Motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, instilling confidence and promoting a holistic approach to wellness.Actively create and lead fitness and wellness programs to help patients improve their overall physical health.Patient Population / Client FocusIn this role, you will be primarily focused on an outpatient population, treating a diverse array of conditions including orthopedic injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and chronic pain. Your expertise will not only aid in the recovery of patients from various backgrounds but will also support their journey toward an active and healthy lifestyle.QualificationsA Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is mandatory.An active Physical Therapist license with no history of sanctions or board proceedings.Demonstrated knowledge of a broad spectrum of manual therapy techniques and rehabilitation modalities.Proven ability to develop and implement effective personalized exercise programs for patients.Familiarity with EMR software, particularly Web PT, for accurate documentation of patient care.Strong commitment to staying current with evidence-based physical therapy practices and methodologies.Preferred ExperiencePrior experience in an outpatient clinic setting, particularly in sports medicine or orthopedic rehabilitation.Experience working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.Proven track record of achieving positive patient outcomes and high customer satisfaction.Compensation and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to USD 120,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
