Back of House Team Member
At Chick-fil-A, the role of Back of House Team Member is more than just a job; its an opportunity. Working directly for an independent owner/operator, team members gain a life experience that goes far beyond serving great food in a friendly environment. They are responsible for delivering an exceptional dining experience for everyone who serves each day and ensuring all guests receive Chick-fil-As exclusive service and food.
Type of position:
- Full-time and part-time
- Opening and day shift

Responsibilities of back-of-house team members:
- Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly, and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
- Know tasks for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembly, tables, and food preparation
- Store kitchen inventory as needed
- Keep the kitchen tidy, clean, and orderly at all times
- Stay updated with new products launched by Chick-fil-A
- Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to management
- Maintain personal knowledge by attending training and staying current with any changes
- Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
- Always comply with Chick-fil-As standards and dress code
- Other duties assigned
