What You Will Do

As Assistant General Manager, you will partner with the General Manager to oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including:

• Front Office Operations
• Food & Beverage
• Guest Services
• Team Member Development
• Revenue Performance
• Brand Compliance & Quality Assurance

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily hotel operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Maintain Hilton brand standards and operational excellence.
• Drive guest satisfaction scores and online reputation management.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, training, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Coach and develop team members through performance management and accountability.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, labor management, and cost controls.
• Monitor hotel KPIs including occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, guest satisfaction, and profitability.
• Resolve guest concerns and service recovery situations professionally.
• Support revenue generation strategies and sales initiatives.Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and Hilton requirements.
• Conduct property inspections and maintain cleanliness and presentation standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hotel management or hospitality leadership experience preferred.
• Previous experience as an Assistant General Manager, Operations Manager, Front Office Manager, Rooms Division Manager, or Department Head preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver exceptional guest service.
• Experience with hotel property management systems (PMS).
• Knowledge of hotel financials, labor management, budgets, and revenue management.
• Hilton experience preferred but not required.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field preferred.
