TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified ER/Trauma RN in Boston, Massachusetts, 02118!

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Emergency Department Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12 hours Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 1.5 years of recent Level I or II Emergency Department experience and/or 2+ years of recent Level 3/4 Emergency Department experience. License: Active RN License Certifications: BLS, ACLS, TNCC, PALS (must be active/unexpired) Must-Have: Must be able to independently read and interpret telemetry rhythm strips and identify heart blocks. Must pass a Telemetry Test on Day 1 (85% or higher). Description: This position is for a Registered Nurse in a busy Emergency Department. The department holds up to 120 treatment areas and serves 350-440 patients per day. The nursing staff will work shifts of 12 hours during the day and night, with weekend requirements. Flexibility is required for floating to various areas, including Psych ED and Pediatric ED (caring for patients aged 15 and older unless previous pediatric experience). Patient ratios are typically 1:4-5, depending on the acuity of cases. Preferred experience includes knowledge of EPIC, previous travel assignments, and critical care experience. Travelers will not be placed in trauma rooms during assignments.
