Senior Product Owner - Sales Enablement Product

Our banking client is seeking a Senior Architecture Product Owner to join their team. As a Senior Architecture Product Owner, you will be part of the Product Management Department supporting a sales-enablement product and cross-functional teams dedicated to enhancing our content management systems. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong collaboration skills, strategic thinking, and technical curiosity, which will align successfully in the organization.

Experience working with sales enablement products. Preferred: Seismic, but open to Salesforce, Highspot, or Showpad.


Job Title: Senior Architecture Product Owner (Sales Enablement Product)

Location: Midtown Manhattan - hybrid

Pay Range: $80/hr W2
(Due to client rules we are unable to work with 3rd party subcontractors; all candidates must be able to work on Experis' W2)


What's the Job?

• Own and drive the product vision and roadmap for the Sales Enablement product and platform, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with business and technology partners to prioritize features and translate ideas into actionable plans.
• Be involved in architecture of the platform.
• Facilitate conversations among product, architecture, and technology leaders to ensure strategic coherence.
• Create visual documentation such as workflows, journeys, and system landscapes to communicate the product vision clearly.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements, focusing on scalable system design and integration.

What's Needed?

• Experience working with sales enablement products. Preferred: Seismic, but open to Salesforce, Highspot, or Showpad.
• Proven experience working closely with delivery teams, ensuring plans are realistic and aligned with business value.
• Strong ownership and accountability for product vision, roadmap, and technical narratives.
• Ability to connect daily decisions to broader business and technology landscapes for system resilience.
• Effective communication skills, capable of surfacing risks, dependencies, and trade-offs clearly.
• Deep technical curiosity and critical thinking, with knowledge of financial workflows and systemic effects.
