Vacature: Recruiter bij Apex Careers Ben jij iemand met drive, ambitie en commerciële flair? Dan is de functie van Recruiter bij Apex Careers iets voor jou. In deze rol help je klanten bij het aantrekken van de juiste kandidaten en draag je bij aan de groei van zowel bedrijven als individuele carrières. Verantwoordelijkheden Identificeren van de behoeften van klanten en het ontwikkelen van effectieve sourcingstrategieën. Prospecteren van potentiële kandidaten via netwerken, databases en sociale media. Bezoeken van klanten om vacatures in detail te bespreken en de exacte kwalificaties en verwachtingen te begrijpen. Opstellen van wervende vacatureteksten en publiceren op relevante kanalen. Uitvoeren van diepgaande gesprekken met toptalent, dossier samenstellen en voortgang rapporteren aan klanten. Coacheren van kandidaten voor sollicitatiegesprekken en de feedback analyseren om de zoektocht aan te passen. Financieren van de dag met evaluatie van behaalde matches en successen vieren met collega’s. Als recruiter speel je een sleutelrol in het realiseren van succesvolle matchings voor zowel klanten als kandidaten. Je werkt zelfstandig, houdt je resultaten bij en draagt bij aan een dynamische, resultaatgerichte werkomgeving. #J-18808-Ljbffr Apex Careers
