This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Accounting Specialist, located in Athens, GA. We're looking for someone who is highly motivated with accounting and payroll experience to accommodate growth. This position will work with small business owners to develop effective accounting practices and prepare accurate financial statements. We offer a collaborative team environment that values proactive, organized, and analytical employees.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work with accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Receive, process, and reconcile statements
• Prepare monthly financial statements
• Generate monthly reports
• Setup and run payroll
• Communicate directly with clients and enhance client relationships
• Utilize QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel

Qualifications:

• Familiarity with QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel preferred
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Deadline driven with excellent time management
• Strong communication & prioritization skills
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
