Independently designs, develops, tests, and maintains complex software components and services addressing business and user requirements. Implements advanced features and enhancements using established coding standards, architectural patterns, and development best practices. Leads code reviews and provides constructive feedback to ensure code quality, maintainability, and performance. Troubleshoots, debugs, and resolves complex software defects and production issues, applying root-cause analysis and corrective actions. Participates actively in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design discussions, development, testing, deployment, and support. Applies secure coding practices, testing strategies, and documentation standards to ensure software quality and compliance with organizational guidelines. Utilizes and contributes to existing frameworks, tools, and technologies to enhance application development across relevant technology domains. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field with 5 years of relevant experience or equivalent education and training. Build software components and frameworks using modern technologies, AI tools using established coding standards, architectural patterns, and development best practices. In-depth knowledge of information systems and ability to identify, apply, and implement IT best practices. 4. 6–8 years of experience in full stack application development. NET Core / ASP.NET Core and/or Java Spring Boot. Front-end development experience using Angular, React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS. Experience working with SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, or other relational databases. Understanding cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP. Experience with Git, DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies. Experience in enterprise workflow automation, low-code/no-code platforms, digital process automation, or application modernization initiatives. Master’s Degree or MBA. Certification in Six Sigma Green Belt, CQIA, or similar process improvement methodologies. Previous experience in the banking or financial services industry. Experience working in Agile development environments. Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform technologies such as Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, or Copilot Studio. Knowledge of enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow or related workflow tools. Exposure to AI-assisted development tools and automation frameworks.
