INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SPECIALIST

The IT SPECIALIST, ROYAL BEACH CLUB assists the IT Manager in overseeing the technical aspects of IT operations. This role focuses on network infrastructure while supporting IT business systems and related equipment by providing knowledgeable support within the timeframes defined in Service Level Agreements. The position is also responsible for the tactical maintenance of communications systems on Private Destinations, monitoring system performance, and providing support to maintain maximum uptime of all supported systems.

The IT SPECIALST, ROYAL BEACH CLUB is directly responsible for the IT requests from Royal Beach Club and supervision of the IT Officers working Royal Beach Club.

All duties and responsibilities are performed following Royal Caribbean International’s Brand Standards, the Royal Way

philosophy, Company policies, and SOPs, Public Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental Guidelines.
