Elara Caring is looking for a passionate Physical Therapist PT to join our elite team of healthcare professionals and make a difference, one patient at a time.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Deliver quality patient care aligned with care plans.
- Support patients through rehabilitation in their homes.
- Current PT license as required by state.
- CPR certification with American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
- 1 year of experience in a health care facility.
- Ability to meet physical demands of the job.
- Strong communication and positive attitude.
- Reliable transportation to perform job duties.
