Shipping Lead - 3rd shift

The Opportunity Primary job duties will include but not be limited to safely performing a wide range of tasks supporting operations in a manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to working safely, demonstrated ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, and a high degree of attention to detail. Candidates must be customer service oriented and able to work as a strong team member. Applicants must be available for 3rd Shift (11p-7a) with frequent overtime up to 4 hours daily, have strong attendance and safety records, and be available to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as required. What You Need To Succeed Experience as a Forklift Operator in a high‑volume manufacturing setting. At least 2 years of operational experience within the last 5 years. Strong computer skills and ability to apply technology in the workplace. Compliance with all safety regulations and maintenance of a clean and safe work environment. Excellent work ethic and meticulous attention to detail. Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math. Read and understand order specification sheets. Read and understand load tags. The starting rate is $25.67 per hour, depending on role, level and location. Actual pay will be based on work location and other factors such as skills, experience and education.
