This is a local driving position, which means you will be home every night. If you enjoy working independently, staying active, and being on the road, this is a great opportunity to build a long-term career with a company that values hard work and reliability.
What You'll Do
- Complete local pickup and hauling routes safely and efficiently
- Communicate with dispatch regarding route updates or changes
- Navigate routes using GPS and routing systems
- Complete DVIRs and maintain ELD logs and route paperwork
- Inspect and maintain vehicle safety, fuel levels, and tire pressure
- Follow all DOT regulations and company safety procedures
- Drive safely in all weather and road conditions
What We're Looking For
- Valid Class B CDL license
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Experience operating Roll Off, Front Load, or Rear Load trucks is a plus, but not required
- High school diploma or GED preferred
