Pay: $18.50 – $23.00 / hour (Certified RBTs) | $17.00 – $18.50 / hour (Paid RBT Training) Schedule: Full-Time, Mon–Fri | 8:00 AM – 4:15 PM (Occasional meetings to 5:00 PM) Environment: 100% Center-Based | Zero In-Home Driving Launch or Advance Your Healthcare Career with Galliant! We are currently expanding our high-energy clinic team. No prior ABA certification? We cover 100% of your 40-hour RBT training and exam costs within your first 8 weeks! What You Will Do (Direct Client Care): Provide compassionate, assent-based care that prioritizes the wants and needs of your clients while supporting the acceptance of neurodiversity. Run individualized procedures designed to reduce challenging behaviors, enhance daily living skills, and improve functional communication. Use a provided tablet to collect real-time session data and write clear, objective daily progress notes. Who You Are: Credentials: Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing with the BACB OR a High School Diploma/GED with a strong desire to learn—no prior healthcare or ABA experience required! The Mindset: You are passionate about neurodiversity-affirming care, dedicated to patient success, and thrive in a collaborative, team-focused clinical setting. Physical Stamina: Ready to stay active! You must be able to sit, stand, transition quickly, bend, kneel, crouch, and move or run quickly when necessary to engage at a child's level and maintain strict safety protocols. Transportation: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to get to and from the clinic daily.
