Dentist Qualifications DMD or DDS degree Ability to work well with both children and adults Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel daily to/from the school site Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Smile Pennsylvania Offers Evenings, weekends, and summers off School day schedule (~6–7 hours, 8:00 A.M.–3:00 P.M.)
