Job Title: Data Analyst

Location: Raleigh, North Carolina (Hybrid / Onsite)

Employment Type: W2 Contract

Work Authorization: GC, GC EAD, H4 EAD, US Citizen

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to collect, analyze, and interpret data to support business decisions. The ideal candidate will work with cross-functional teams to identify trends, create reports, and provide actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather, clean, and validate data from multiple sources.

Analyze data sets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.

Develop dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Excel.

Collaborate with teams to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.

Provide recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic decisions.

Maintain data accuracy, integrity, and security.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.

Strong communication and analytical skills.

Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work under pressure.
