Area Supervisor – Janitorial / Commercial Cleaning (Multi-Site)Extra Hands Services, Inc.Location: Missouri (Travel Between Sites Required)Job Type: Full-TimeSchedule: 40+ hours/week; evenings, nights, and some weekendsPay: $21.00 – $26.00 per hour (based on experience)Job SummaryExtra Hands Services, Inc. is actively hiring an experienced Area Supervisor – Janitorial / Commercial Cleaning to lead operations across multiple client sites in the Greater Kansas City Area.This is a field-based, hands-on management role ideal for a leader who thrives in multi-site supervision, team development, quality control inspections, and customer service within the commercial cleaning and facilities management industry.What You'll DoOversee multiple janitorial accounts and commercial cleaning sitesLead and support Site Supervisors, custodians, and cleaning crewsPerform routine inspections, audits, and quality assurance checksEnsure all services meet client expectations and company standardsProvide hands-on training, coaching, and performance managementManage staffing, scheduling, call-offs, and coverage across locationsBuild strong client relationships and resolve service issues quicklyMonitor and maintain cleaning equipment, supplies, and inventoryEnforce OSHA safety standards, compliance, and best practicesDrive operational efficiency, accountability, and service excellenceWhat We're Looking ForArea Supervisor, Janitorial Supervisor, or Custodial Manager experienceStrong leader with a hands-on, field management approachExcellent communication, coaching, and team-building skillsHigh attention to detail with a focus on quality control and inspectionsAbility to manage multiple job sites and priorities simultaneouslyExperience in commercial cleaning, facilities maintenance, or building servicesReliable transportation and valid driver's license (required)Flexibility for evening, night, and weekend operationsBilingual (English/Spanish) is a plusPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs regularlyAbility to perform hands-on cleaning duties when neededComfortable working in industrial, medical, and commercial environmentsBenefitsHealth insuranceDental insuranceVision insurancePaid Time Off (PTO)401(k) retirement planPaid training and developmentCareer growth into Operations Manager or Regional Management rolesSupportive, team-oriented company cultureAbout Extra Hands Services, Inc.Extra Hands Services is a trusted provider of commercial cleaning, janitorial services, and facility maintenance.
