Mentorship and training opportunities are offered throughout the year. Job Summary Jones & Henry has an opening for a full time Construction Services Specialist to be part of our Cincinnati team. The Details We are looking for a Resident Project Representative (RPR) to observe and review assigned construction projects for compliance with engineering plans and specifications. Collect, maintain and organize construction documentation Travel to construction project sites to review worksite compliance with engineering plans and specifications Maintain strong client relationships as a company’s representative on the project site Maintain strong relationships and communication with contractors and subcontractors Verify design plan accuracy in the field Consult with Contractors and Engineers regarding construction practices, construction reports, and engineering designs Review changes in construction and materials specifications due to developments occurring during project construction with the Project Manager or Project Engineer The Qualifications Associates or Bachelors of Engineering or Engineering related program. Preferred education is Bachelor’s degree from an ABET accredited curriculum at a four-year college. Knowledge of engineering concepts, practices, procedures and principles Ability to deal with abstract concepts during actual construction Ability to understand and communicate technical specifications and literature with construction personnel Ability and experience in communicating technical matters relating to the project to the Project Manager and/or Contractors both orally and in writing Our people are incredible!
