What You'll Do: Welcome guests with genuine warmth and professionalism Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and all front desk operations Deliver top-tier service that creates unforgettable guest experiences Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with efficiency and positivity Collaborate with a dynamic, high-energy team in a lively downtown setting What We’re Looking For: Previous customer service or front desk experience Strong interpersonal skills — you're outgoing, approachable, and energized by people Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and with a team Highly organized and detail-oriented, even during busy shifts Someone who loves getting their steps in!
