About the role If you’re someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and thrives in a fast-paced environment, this role might be a great fit. We’re looking for motivated Customer Service Specialists who take pride in connecting with customers through email, live chat, text and phone while delivering a great experience from the first hello to the final resolution. This is a full-time, on-site position at our Bluffdale, Utah office, Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Mountain Time, with a pay range of $17-$20 per hour. What You’ll Be Doing Handling customer inquiries via phone, email and chat with professionalism and care. Processing orders and resolving issues efficiently using up‑to‑date tools and technology. Becoming a go‑to resource for product, pricing and shipping questions. Building genuine relationships with customers and understanding their needs to recommend the right solutions. Guiding customers through online platforms and self‑service options. What We’re looking for High School diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree a plus. Strong communication, listening and problem‑solving abilities. Previous customer service experience is welcome, but not required (we’re happy to help train the right person).
