Physical Therapist 1

Job Description Hours of Work: 8am-5pm; Days of Week: M-F; occasional weekends. Work Shift: Day. In this highly technical, fast‑paced, and rewarding position, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to provide the best care for patients. The Physical Therapist I is responsible for rendering professional and technical physical therapy to assigned patients, delivering direct and indirect patient care per the Practice of Physical Therapy Act and Rules, including evaluation, treatment planning and implementation, ongoing re‑assessment, and discharge planning.
