Job Title

PCU / Surgical Stepdown - Registered Nurse (Travel)

Location

Sebring, FL | PCU / Stepdown

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 12-Hour Night Shifts | Every Other Weekend Rotation Required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Progressive Care / Stepdown unit setting
• Float to sister campuses and other facilities within the region as needed
• Care for PCU-level patients across various units within the hospital, including ED holding areas
• Participate in required every-other-weekend rotation

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license valid in the state of Florida (or compact license eligibility)
• Prior experience in a PCU, IMC, or Stepdown setting
• Ability and willingness to float to multiple campuses and units
• Flexibility to work 12-hour night shifts

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with ED holding or acute care overflow patients
• Comfort working in a float or multi-site capacity
• Strong adaptability and communication skills in fast-paced environments
