Human Resource Coordinator - Mount Kisco

About Us

UniversaCare is dedicated to delivering high-quality home care services. We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our onsite team and support our caregivers and staff.

What You’ll Do

Manage onboarding and orientation of new hires
Coordinate compliance documentation and HR records
Support scheduling and communication between HR, recruitment, and operations teams
Provide guidance to caregivers and staff with HR-related concerns
Ensure smooth workflows and maintain compliance standards

What We’re Looking For

1–2 years of HR or recruitment coordination experience (healthcare preferred)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with HR systems (Zoho, AxisCare, or similar) is a plus
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is an advantage
